Ecommerce social media marketing that drives sales

Likes don’t pay the bills. Social is either a revenue channel for your brand or an expensive hobby, and the difference usually comes down to creative volume, testing discipline and tracking.

We’re an ecommerce social media marketing agency that runs paid social, creator and UGC programs, and supporting organic content for US DTC and consumer brands. All of it is planned as one system and measured against the revenue it drives.

Illustrative example.

Social that sells, not just engages

On Meta and TikTok, the algorithm handles most of the targeting. What it can’t do is make people care. That’s the job of creative: the hook in the first second, the product demonstration, the customer voice that makes a stranger trust you.

So our social programs are built around a creative engine (concepts, production, testing, iteration), powered by media buying and measured with clean server-side tracking.

Paid social

Meta ads

Facebook and Instagram remain the backbone of paid social for most US ecommerce brands. We use Advantage+ shopping campaigns where they perform, alongside structured campaigns for launches, new products and creative testing, with catalog ads for dynamic retargeting and prospecting.

TikTok ads and TikTok Shop

TikTok rewards native, creator-style content over polished ads. We build TikTok-first creative (Spark Ads from creator posts, product demos, trend-aware hooks) and evaluate TikTok Shop for brands whose products and operations suit in-app checkout and affiliate creators.

UGC and creator campaigns

User-generated content and creator partnerships produce the volume and authenticity social ads need. We source creators, brief them, manage usage rights and whitelisting, and feed the best-performing content into paid campaigns. All creator content follows FTC disclosure rules.

Creative angles worth testing first

Problem → solution demos: show the frustration, then the product fixing it

UGC and testimonials:  real customers, native-feeling, filmed on phones

Comparisons: us vs the old way, before vs after, this vs the expensive alternative

Founder stories: for brands with a genuine origin or mission

Unboxings and product close-ups for gift-worthy and premium products

Offer-led creative: bundles, launches and BFCM, used deliberately rather than constantly

Every brand’s winners are different, so the list above is a starting point for testing, not a template.

Common paid social mistakes we fix

TikTok Shop, in more detail

TikTok Shop lets customers buy without leaving the app, with affiliate creators promoting your products for a commission. It can drive real volume for the right products, typically visual, demonstrable, impulse-friendly items at accessible price points. It also adds operational demands: inventory sync, fulfillment speed requirements, customer service inside the platform, and commission costs that must fit your margins. We assess those trade-offs before recommending a launch, and coordinate TikTok Shop pricing with your own store.

Paid social by stage

Early-stage brands need focus: a small number of campaigns, a few hero products and high creative volume to find the angle that resonates.

Scaling brands need structure: separate prospecting, retargeting and catalog campaigns; a launch playbook for new products; a reliable creative pipeline; and blended reporting that keeps spend honest.

Established brands need diversification and proof: TikTok and YouTube alongside Meta, creator programs at scale, and incrementality testing to validate where the next dollar goes.

Organic social

Organic social builds the credibility that makes paid social convert: a profile people check before buying, comments that answer questions, and content that keeps customers engaged between purchases. We plan organic content that supports your paid strategy and launches

Creative testing

1

Concept testing: different reasons to buy (problem/solution, demo, testimonial, comparison, founder story)

2

Format testing: short video, UGC, static, carousel, catalog

3

Iteration: new hooks, opening frames and CTAs on winning concepts

4

A creative library: documented learnings, so each round starts from evidence

Step 5 of 5

Review

Tracking and attribution

Social creates demand that paid search often captures, which is why we plan them together under one paid advertising budget. Customers acquired on social become far more valuable through email and SMS retention. And if clicks aren’t converting, testing and conversion work on landing pages usually beats more spend. This is core to how we grow B2C and DTC ecommerce brands.
